Course Overview

This specialized training equips yoga teachers with the skills to safely and effectively teach Chair yoga to diverse populations. Learn creative adaptations of traditional postures, proper alignment principles and specific teaching methodologies for working with students who may have physical limitations or prefer seated practice.
