Join Sai Ganesh Nagpal, a beloved member of the Jane’s House community, as he shares the rich teachings from the Bhagavad Gita and how they are integral to the path of Yoga. Sai is a well versed scholar in Sanskrit and Vedic Studies, as well as a gifted musician. Sanskrit chants and music will be offered as an accompaniment to the teachings in this very special workshop.
You will learn about the importance of Action on the path of Yoga through the themes of the Bhagavad Gita, an ancient Indian story embedded within a longer text about a historical war. The Gita follows a meaningful and symbolic conversation between Arjuna, a disheartened warrior, and Krishna, his revered teacher and friend, on the battlefield just hours before the war begins.
