Join us for an experience of relaxation and deep stretch through Yin Yoga while you are gently guided into a state of intentional healing with hypnosis. As you move through the practice, your energy bodies will experience cleansing, opening, and balancing of the heart and throat chakras. 

When these chakras are aligned, you are able to connect with your heart’s desires and communicate these aspirations with yourself and others. There is a level of honesty and authenticity that arises from feeling your deepest, most heartfelt truths.
