This class reinforces and refines the actions taught in the beginning level practice. It offers a wider variety of movements that challenge the students in new ways. More complex spinal movements and physical effort are added. The invitation to be open and honest will support you at the juncture where effort brings to light challenge. It is here where you can search for the right actions to balance the intensity that manifests joyful steadiness, in body, breath and mind. This class is open to an experienced beginner and continuing students. Level 2
