This class is designed for beginning students to learn the core actions that structurally opens and supports the body. The instructors use a consistent language that supports a practice of self-inquiry. At the heart of every class taught in this studio, is an invitation to watch yourself being present in both movement and stillness. The beginning level emphasizes technique, linking movement to breath and focusing attention.
