One of the incredible gifts of the body is its capability of holding unprocessed emotions tied to past experiences. Yoga is a practice of inquiry, allowing space for feeling, without the need for interpretation. Somatic tension is freed, especially in the hips, in a practice that offers support, long holds and attention to alignment. When space is created, and tension is released, the heart tends to open to the experience of love and new possibilities.

This 2-hour yoga wall workshop will help you find an understanding of alignment, increased strength and range of motion. To support both heart and hips to open, we will begin the class using a foam roller for a soft tissue release.
