Pitta Pacifying -September 17, 1-2:30pm

This class will assist in cooling down the heat and intensity of pitta. The qualities of pitta are hot, moist (oily), sharp so this class will start with some effort to help engage the intensity of pitta and then it will gradually slow down to cool down. This class will be full of yummy twists and will end with a cooling pranayama.
