This class will get you moving! Kapha is the container that holds earth and water together. The qualities of Kapha are cool, moist, heavy, and stable so this class will focus on heating up and moving stagnant energy in the body! The class will start with the breath of fire to assist iand be full of heart openings and upper body movements.
