FIRE & WATER 5 WEEK CLASS SERIES
Come build heat and explore creative movement with this 5-week class series designed to explore multiplane movement while cultivating strength and stamina.  This class series welcomes dialog and play with modifications as needed while keeping in the spirit of exploring advanced movement.  Please note, this series is intended for those who seek more challenge and complexity than what is offered in our All Levels Classes.  Students who are able and willing to work towards advanced (more complex) single leg postures, advanced forward folds, advanced backbends, and exploring full range of motion in the joints with stability and ease are best served by this class series.
