Join Andrea for a 45-minute beginner yoga class created for children ages 8~13. Our class is focused on yoga and mindfulness to improve both physical and mental health. Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and mindfulness. Children 5-7 years old are welcome to join when accompanied by an adult.

Greetings Community, my name is Andrea Stanley-Biss, and I am excited to share my Young Yogis Class with our community. This teaching is a passion and blessing in my life. Through my 20+ years of experience in teaching children, I have seen and felt the difference we can make in a young child’s life. My passion is to help each child find his/her inner strength, balance, and confidence. I am honored to create this young yogis community right here at Jane’s House of Well Being.

3 Class series: $30 One adult can join for free.
This class is complimentary for Foster Families.
