Join us for a special workshop focused on your wellness. As caregivers, you devote so much of yourself to caring for others, and it's equally important to take care of yourself. In this workshop, we'll explore practical strategies and techniques to prioritize your own well-being, manage stress, and find balance in your life. There will be 5 mini lessons of self-care techniques in breathwork, nutrition, reflexology, self-massage, and yoga. Being a caregiver is not required to benefit from this offering - all are welcome, and 100% of proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association.
