Tim hosts a dynamic morning movement series 3 times a week for 3 weeks focusing on new ways to stretch the muscles, move the joints, and work out the body!  Each day offers a new focus:

Wednesdays, 8-8:45am: Roll and Release.  Students will use a foam roller and therapy ball to get deep into the muscle and connective tissue in support of a deeper stretch to the muscles.

Thursdays, 8-8:45am: Belts, Bands, and Blocks.  With the support of these props, students will engage in targeted strength and resistance exercises to feel the burn.

Fridays, 8-8:45am: A short Asana practice suitable for all levels.

This series is great for those who want to kick start their day on a positive note with movement and activity, or those who may not have time for a 75 minute class.  Early risers and students with just an hour between classes, this series is for you, too!  Tim’s quick and impactful sessions help promote physical and mental well-being.  Students will leave practice refreshed, empowered, and ready to take on their day.
