Each class follows a familiar structure grounded in 13 guiding pillars, with a new theme introduced each time to help you deepen your connection to self. In this practice, you’ll learn to listen to the wisdom of your body, explore movement that feels good to you, and release stagnant energy and emotional blockages through embodied expression.
