Curious about Ayurveda and how simple herbs can support your health? Join Kateland for an immersive workshop exploring three of Ayurveda’s most common herbs: Cumin, Coriander, and Fennel (CCF).
This workshop will explore the ancient wisdom behind these everyday kitchen spices and uncover how they support balance within the body. Students will learn the unique qualities and health benefits of each herb, how they work individually and together, and why they are staples in Ayurvedic healing. You will also have the chance to smell, taste, and sample each herb, as well as enjoy a cup of CCF tea. Kateland will share simple, practical ways to use CCF in daily life, including as a digestive tea or a food spice blend to support overall wellness. Everyone will receive their own CCF blend to take home!
Come deepen your connection to herbs, learn time-tested Ayurvedic practices, and leave with tools you can use every day to support digestion, balance, and vitality.
