Each class integrates asana, meditation, journaling, self-inquiry, and discussion in a grounded, supportive environment. Together we explore principles like accountability, surrender, and service as lived practices that carry into daily life. This offering provides community and connection to support strengthening self-awareness, emotional resilience, and personal responsibility both on and off the mat.
