Explore how to pacify Pitta with nutrition and stay cool, calm, and nourished during the summer months.
This workshop will help you understand the qualities of Pitta season and how they show up in your energy and digestion. You’ll gain confidence in cooking with digestive spices and learn how to prepare legumes and grains in ways that support balance and ease.
