Chair Yoga is for anyone who would feel more stable with balance with the assistance of a chair.
It is also for students that do not feel comfortable and stable in their bodies transferring to and from the floor up to standing. Some of this class is taught while students are seated comfortably on their chair with some standing behind the chair if that is what is desired.
