Join Kenzie for a 15-minute summer cool down asana practice. Kenzie will guide you through gentle movements to floss the nervous system and stretch sore muscles. Nerve flossing can help to calm and regulate the nervous system. This mini practice can help to release tension that builds around the nerves of the hips and shoulders. The movements are taken lying on the back and in a seated position.
