Props used: chair and massage ball. Kenzie guides you through a full body flow to find balance and stability. Warm up the feet with the massage ball and ankle mobility. Explore open hip movements, lateral arching and twisting in the spine. Release tension in the upper back with gentle shoulder mobility. Build strength into your tree pose with the option to laterally arch to challenge the obliques and hip stabilizing muscles. Cool off with the massage ball in seated pigeon and stretching of the shoulders with nerve flossing.
