PiYo combines the practices of Yoga and Pilates to offer the mindfulness and balance of yoga with the core strengthening and muscle group burn of Pilates. This dynamic fusion class will highlight the similarities and differences between the two practices - and expand your own - by challenging the strength of the whole body and utilizing the breath in new ways. Ideal for students of all levels, this series will help to establish proper core engagement, spinal alignment, and hip stability.
