In this 3-class series, Bird will take students through gentle asana practice, followed by breathwork and a guided meditation, ending with more gentle movement.  Breathwork and asana prepare the body for sitting in meditation, moving attention from the external experience to inward silence.  This is a powerful practice with many benefits, including enhanced focus and emotional self-awareness, reduced levels of stress and anxiety, and overall spiritual health and well-being.  All are welcome to participate in this series – from novices to seasoned meditators.  100% of all proceeds from these classes will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association – a generous way to care for yourself while contributing to a worthy cause.
